The popular over 50's class is at Stanpit Village Hall, 162 Stanpit, BH23 3NE.
This includes stretch, strength & dance and both classes are good to help with recuperation after injury or ailments and social too.

Yoga is thousands of years old and can help you to develop your mind, body and soul.
Helping to improve our prana (breath), using asana's (postures) to help improve your overall health.
Suitable for all levels, beginners are welcome, join me to help boost your physical and mental wellbeing.
Pilates can help to build strength in your core muscles and body, working with excercises to improve your balance, posture, flexibility, strength and movement, Yogalates is the best of both.

About me
Helping you to relax, unwind, improve your strength and flexibility. I'm an experienced and qualified Yoga & Pilates Teacher, since 2010.
A BSUPA qualified SUP paddle board instructor, teaching Yoga and Pilates on the water, with a new venue just launched The Mudeford Sailing Club.
Also qualified to teach children of all ages, adults all levels, pre and postnatal clients, for both Yoga and Pilates. I teach corporate and private sessions, as well as chair-based classes to senior citizens and Yoga Therapy for all ages. Classes are suitable for all levels of ability and beginners are very welcome.
Reiki Master & Michelle's Wellbeing Radio Presenter. I am also able to offer pamper & wellbeing sessions with aromatherapy and Neals Yard Remedies Organic.
